Our jerky has no MSG, is hand-sliced into large slices of all beef, no fat, seasoned and smoked to perfection with our five pepper blend that is kippered. Our jerky is never chopped or formed. You will find our jerky to is easy to chew, moist, and has a blast of flavor you are sure to love. Our meat is dry aged for 21 days, the beef’s flavor and tenderness intensifies as it takes on more of the dry-aged qualities. Our jerky will give a 100% flavor blast in which you will enjoy.

Premium Dakota beef is raised on our family farm in South Dakota. We hand select our beef for processing to ensure the best quality beef for our customers from our farm to your table. Our beef is processed at a family-owned butcher shop that is USDA certified.
