Our 100% Wagyu beef jerky is made locally in South Dakota. Our jerky has no MSG, is hand-sliced into large slices of all beef, no fat, seasoned and smoked to perfection. Our jerky is never chopped or formed.  You will find our jerky to is easy to chew, moist, and has a blast of flavor you are sure to love. Our meat is dry aged for 21 days, the beef’s flavor and tenderness intensifies as it takes on more of the dry-aged qualities.
