Wagyu Lunch meat is a delicious and juicy meat to have on hand for you and your family. It makes a great snack or excellent to serve on a party tray. Wagyu lunch meat is seasoned to perfection and finished on the smoker for 2-4hrs, giving our lunch meat a delicious smoke flavor. Our meat is dry aged for 21 days, the beef’s flavor and tenderness intensifies as it takes on more of the dry-aged qualities.
