Homemade Wagyu Chili
Making homemade chili is simple with this sweet take on a common recipe.

Directions

Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon - Jamaican seasoning

1 teaspoon - Paprika season

1/8 cup - Honey

1 teaspoon - Chili Powder

1/2 cup - Ketchup

3 cups - Dry Beans (Navy, Pinto, Garbanzo)

3 pint jars of - homemade Tomatoe Sauce

1 pound - Wagyu Burger

1 can - Mushrooms

1 can - Corn


      Day before. 

  1. Soak dry beans in water overnight. 
  2. If burger is frozen. Place it in the refrigerator to thaw. 
  3. Next Day
  4. Brown burger in a cast iron skillet or soup pot. 
  5. Season burger with Jamaican seasoning, Paprika, Chili Powder, 
  6. Move burger to soup pot if browned in skillet. 
  7. Add beans, tomato sauce, honey, ketchup, mushrooms, and corn. 
  8. Cook over low heat. 
  9. Serve with crackers, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
