- (1) Petite Sirloin Steak
- (2) Limes
- (1/4) Onion, cut into 1'' pieces
- (1) Large Bell Pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- (3 slices) Cottage Bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- (Pinch) Salt
- 1836 Seasoning, as desired
Cut thawed out sirloin steak (.5 lb) into 1" cubes. Place in small bowl and squeeze 1/4 lime over meat. Sprinkle with salt and 1836 seasoning, as desired. Set aside while the rest of the ingredients are prepared.
Prepare your onion, uncured cottage bacon (sourced by Nourished by Nature. They have the best bacon that comes from pasture-raised piggies!), and bell pepper so they're skewer ready. Fire up the grill and turn heat up to high. While the grill is warming up, prepare your skewers by sliding on each of the 4 ingredients in their desired order.
Once the skewers are prepared, sprinkle with light dusting of Suckle Buster's 1836 seasoning (sourced from BBQ Pit Stop). Place on grill and cook for 10 mins, turning the skewers at 5 mins.
Take skewers off grill and squeeze remaining lime juice over kabobs. Wait a few mins before eating. Enjoy!
